  About Dr. Eno Nsima-Obot

IMG_1143Born in London and raised in Nigeria, Dr. Eno Nsima-Obot is a board certified Internal Medicine Physician, with over 20 years of experience in the health & wellness industry.

She graduated as one of the top ten graduating students from University of Calabar, Nigeria in 1987 with several awards in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Clinical Pharmacology and General Surgery. She was also the recipient for the quarterly award for compassion when she worked as a primary care physician with a large multi-specialty medical group in Chicago.

Her passion for placing the human touch in healthcare by engaging patients to actively participate in their medical care, motivated her to train as a professional life coach in 2010.

A lifelong learner, she remains open to exploring and sharing ways to create and promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Based on her personal experience with a diagnosis of cancer several years ago, she is committed to helping woman living with chronic illnesses achieve optimal health and wellbeing, so that they are able to experience wholesome lives.

She is an endurance runner and has completed several half marathons as well as marathons. She also enjoys photography, power yoga, the practice of mindful meditation as well as spiritual and metaphysical studies.
